The Falkor subscriber's app name will be visible on app stores and in emails to users. Try to limit the app name to 11 characters so that the full title can be read below the app icon. Public App or Invite-only App (required)
Please discuss the app options with your Falkor Channel Manager. To help you decide which app type to choose, go here. For more information on the different app types, go here. Falkor will initially publish all public apps under Everyday Digital's developer account. Once the app has gone live and correct developer access has been given, the app can be transferred to the subscribers developer accounts (if available).
Publishing Apps on Subscriber's Enterprise or Business Manager Account (required)
For invite-only apps and for public apps who want to publish using their own Apple Enterprise or Apple Business Manager and Google Play Developer accounts, the subscriber must allow access to these accounts in order for Falkor to publish the apps. Resellers are required to ensure that account access is granted within 2 weeks of submitting this form.

A paragraph or two describing who the app is for and what the content is about
Description of App
A website link promoting the app (this can be a page on the client's website, a landing page set up specifically to handle app user support queries or even a link to the customer or reseller's own support handling platform)
Support link (this can be a contact page on the client's site)
Default or Custom App Description if Public App (optional)
For the app store listing, please add a short and long description of the app. If you don’t have this, we will use Falkor's default descriptions.

Please supply the required app assets for the customer's Falkor app.

Custom Web App Domain (optional)
We will always compile the Falkor app domain e.g. app name.falkor.io when setting up the customer’s web app. If a custom domain is chosen (and is not registered by Falkor), the domain pointing will take place after the app has gone live in order to avoid delays. We strongly recommend registering custom apps through Falkor. To request a custom web app domain, please complete the Falkor Custom Domain Form.

App Availability (required)
Specify in which countries the app should be available for download. It is advised to only select necessary countries.
Streams & Stories for App Store Review
If you are publishing your app on Apple's App Store, you are required to publish at least 2-3 content stories. If you are using Streams, you also need to publish at least one audio stream containing 2-3 original podcasts (or podcast episodes that you have permission to publish on your app). Falkor will only submit your app for Apple review when
the required content has been authored. Please confirm by which date your app content will be published, and the app can be submitted for review by Apple.
Subscriber's Agent (required)
Specify the person within the subscriber's organisation who will be responsible for the Falkor account. This person will be the primary contact for account-related matters and will be invited to the Falkor account as an admin user once the account has been created & the app setup. The Agent is also the only one within the subscriber's organisation who can add new team members and edit account permissions.
