We’ve created Kick-Off meeting templates to help you guide your customer to make important decisions regarding their Falkor account and app. The meeting is used to get the necessary information, answer customer questions, and to plan the implementation timeline.
For a smooth app & account setup process, Resellers need to use Falkor’s App Design Tool to upload and generate the app icons (favicon, Apple icon, Android icon), colour palette (for the app theme) and app font (Google font).
When placing an App Order please make sure that you have completed the following:
The Agent is the only one who can add new team members. The Agent is also the primary contact regarding Falkor subscription and account-related matters.
Agent invites expire after 24 hours, meaning that anyone who has been invited must activate their account within 24 hours. If not, the Activation Code will expire. Account activation reminders are sent to users who have not activated their account within 24 hours.
The monthly/annual Falkor subscription will come into effect at the end of the month in which the account was set up.

This is the ideal time to provide training (if your customer will be authoring) or to start authoring on behalf of the customer.
Use Falkor’s Workflow tool to collaborate with your team and stakeholders, manage feedback, and keep track of comments and changes.
Authors can already start publishing content to their app before it is rolled out on app stores.
When we submit your app, Apple wants to see and review your content. We highly recommend creating all of your content before your app is submitted to the stores, but a minimum of 3 stories and at least one audio stream is required. Please note that reviews can take a few days and Apple might reject apps (for various reasons). Should it come to this, we would then have to re-submit the updated app again.
